Jeremy was responsive and helpful. We had no issues. The apartment is nicely done, clean and has everything we needed for our month long stay. Would stay again if the occasion arises.

My partner and I booked a 30-night stay but requested an early departure after 10 challenging days. We would not recommend more than an overnight stay, as the apartment is uncomfortable for many reasons: 1) Pots/pans/dishes were still dirty with crusted over oatmeal and wine residue that did not make us feel confident that the apartment had been cleaned thoroughly between guest stays. We had to provide our own dish soap and garbage bags. 2) There is a live construction site next door and the noise during weekdays is too loud to sleep in or conduct work from home. 3) The building is old and has poor sound insulation even with closed doors and shut windows; tenants argue loudly with property management. 4) Listing said bed was King-sized. It is a Full or Queen. 5) We felt unsafe and concerned about the structural integrity of the building the entire time we were there; there was a collapsed ceiling caused by a leak from an upstairs unit near the entrance of the building; inside our unit, we found termite shavings along the window sill in the living room. 6) Damaged furniture was left piled near the entrance of the building for several days and attracted unhoused folks who were picking through the items. 7) Host partially refunded us but the monetary amount did not come close to covering our unspent nights. On a positive note, this is a close walk to some fun spots in Chinatown.

Overall I had a lovely stay! The apartment complex is unassuming but the unit is nice and bright. Jeremy provided space heaters for warmth on the few cold nights LA gets.
