Location location location. If you want to be near the Spanish steps - literally 10s a step - away from it - this is your spot. The overall place is nice but beware the bathrooms are slender as it’s an old old building. Great restaurants and easy access to taxi or Uber pickup location.

We had a wonderful stay at Federica's Airbnb! We arrived on the day of the Rome Marathon and so it was a busy day but we found the apartment easily and was able to access it easily. We were greeted by Mattia who showed us the apartment and provided us with helpful information about the neighborhood - which is right by the Spanish Steps! The apartment is exactly as pictured and is well stocked with anything you may need for your stay. Federica was incredibly responsive and checked in on us throughout the stay. We would stay here again! Grazie Federica and Mattia for your hospitality :)

Federica’s home is perfect ‘ Home away home for us’. We loved it. No words to say about location!!! Just right on top of’ Spanish steps’ . It is just few steps from the outlet Mall & Trevi fountain. Federica & Mattia made us feel very comfortable and were always available on message/phone. They helped us to find the best place to eat , best place to do shopping, etc👍🏻. We loved their home , everything was there in the home. It was a very pleasant stay for us and would love to come back soon❤️.

Federica's place is ideally located for seeing the sights. It is right by the Spanish Steps (which has a Metro stop) and 10 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain. There is also a place for taxis very close. The apartment is very comfortable and nicely furnished. Federica and her assistants were very friendly and responsive to our communications. We had a great time.

This is a perfect spot for first-timers in one of the most picturesque piazzas in Rome. A taxi stand is directly outside, allowing easy movement anywhere in the city. For shoppers, there is no better place to be. My family and I will seek out this flat again the next time we are in Rome.
