Complete with three suites, a private washer and dryer, and various dining spaces Waterford 23 was designed with large families in mind. Cozy up by the gas fireplace after a day on the slopes or sweat it out in the private sauna. Walk out on the private wrap around balcony for an evening sunset. The main level contains most of the action where you're greeted by the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking space. Around the corner you'll find the oversized dining area with direct access to the wrap around balcony that connects with the living area. In the lounge discover abundant seating near the gas fireplace and flat screen TV for morning and evening hangouts. Step out on your private balcony from the living area and you'll see the convenient hiking trail easily accessed from the back yard. Also on the main level is a half bathroom and private washer and dryer. The upper level is home to all three bedrooms each with an attached ensuite bathroom. The Primary Suite hosts a King bed and lavish ensuite bath with dual sinks. The second suite hosts a King bed and an attached ensuite bathroom as well. The third suite is complete with an attached ensuite bathroom and will sleep up to six with the custom twin over Queen bunk in addition to another Queen and twin single. If you have allergies, please contact our Vacation Planners for details. - Pool closed 2023-2024 for maintenance. - This property has air conditioning in each of the bedrooms - fans are also available in the property. - The garage can only hold cars up to 7 ft. tall and 16 ft. long. Pet Friendly: This home is pet friendly for one small/medium adult dog (under 50 lbs). Puppies are not allowed. There is a required $25 nightly fee for one dog, which will be added on to your reservation closer to the start of your reservation. *If a dog is to be left unattended at this home, there are crates provided in the garage and the dog must be kenneled in the lower level (mudroom). We ask that you do not kennel them in the garage due to noise sensitivity of the neighbors. We also ask that you do not let your dog on furniture of any kind in the home. Thank you for adhering to these requests! Parking: There is room for two cars in the heated garage & two in the driveway. No trailer parking permitted.
