Max and his family made us feel right at home. His wife is a amazing cook and their boys very funny and polite. We were sad we were only able to stay one night out of our two night booking as we had overbooked ourselves and had to rush to our next stop. We will be back though! Oh and Max's homemade ice cream was the best we have ever had!

Our stay with Max, Aor, Mon and Mai was a very special and unique experience. Max picked us up from the airport even though it was late and whisked us away to their charming and peaceful farm outside the city. It was exactly what we needed after a long few weeks of travel. We woke up on our first morning to an incredible breakfast cooked by Aor, who is an exceptionally talented chef. Her food was as good if not better than anything we ate elsewhere in Thailand. The boys are an absolute joy to be around - they were shy at first but quickly warmed to us and I loved playing football and being goofy with them. Max is a great conversationalist and I loved our time talking together over great food and plenty of Chang. We even shared music videos and had an impromptu jam session together, singing “Leaving on a jet plane”. They were so accommodating, arranging all food for us (which I have to say again, was of absolutely incredible quality) and driving us to to the woodworking village and back into the city when we left. Everything about the farm and the environment and the food made this an incredible experience that we’ll never forget and we really left feeling we’d made some very special new friends. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to chill out, eat incredible food, and be around a really warm and lovely family.

If you haven’t stayed here you aren’t living. We are now part of a family. Take my advice and make a brick or two. You can also make water outside! Please be advised that if you’re not a fan of 80s music you shouldn’t set foot in Max’s Chiang Mai estate. If you are keen on the 80’s then join Max in a decedent dance through your favorite 80’s music. He will invite you to drink him dry and then he’ll serve up the special stuff like strawberry wine and pea flower juice. Join Oar in a trip to the market to pick up the freshest ingredients for supper, play frisbee with the kids, or make make friends with the cutest little family dog, Heng! This place is so real and authentic you’ll question everything you thought you knew about “real” Thailand, but if book it you will know the truth, Adobe Home Chiang Mai is the best Airbnb experience for Chiang Mai. In conclusion you would be a complete fool to pass on this experience. Don’t be a Debbie Downer, get you’re groove on, be a Randy Bo Bandy and pass those pigs!!

Great peaceful place county side South west of Chiang Mai Downtown , 30 Km away .... Choice of relaxation and fresh air and fresh home made food from the house owner who makes food for us according What we like to have from Thai cuisine . But we need to pay for it !!! We spent 3 days , during our stay Mr Max took us with his family to trip to Mountain and Sunday night market in Chiang Mai Downtown . He will give ride any where that we want to go on just pay for Gas ... Which bitter cheaper than hire taxi or go with tourist guide ..!!! we really loved our days with them !!! Poor thing is no public transportation around here to go with our self to go downtown or some where else and you can also rent motor bike from the house owner !!! Thanks you guys to having us on your board !!!

Oh my god, this place is so good! I don’t know where to start. Max and his family are the most warmhearted and caring hosts you can imagine. I stayed in their tree house, which is build in such a nice way. You are surround by a beautiful green environment. The perfect place to relaxe for a while. One of the best thing about it: the food. Every night we had delicious thai food for dinner, often with fresh ingredients of their garden. I would definitely recommend to stay there.
