Gorgeous, comfortable, stylish & spacious apartment with everything you could want for a long or short stay and in a perfect location to get to Marlow, Henley etc. Even though it is situated in a modern estate - the design with lots of trees and little green spaces makes it is so quiet and peaceful and feels totally private. And the layout of the flat is really spacious - the photos don’t do it justice. And very light with trees outside of every window. We absolutely loved everything about it. We were travelling to the area for sad reasons rather than a holiday as we were going to the funeral of a very close friend. And Sarah was so thoughtful and accommodating with so many personalised touches for us which was so lovely. We got back to the apartment late that evening exhausted and emotionally wrung out - and the apartment felt like a really welcoming haven at the end of a very tough day. I felt like we were in our own special private place - and despite everything we were able to completely relax. Sarah is one of the most thoughtful and caring hosts we have ever had - the flat is equipped with everything you could possibly want, is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and just very comfortable. Sarah obviously really cares about what she does and goes beyond just regular hosting - such as she had set the dining table for us for breakfast with so many lovely breakfast choices and personalised messages for us. These lovely little touches really made us feel very cared for which really helped us get through the following few difficult days and we will always be grateful to Sarah for that. And we look forward to come back for a visit again soon under happier circumstances. If I could give 10 stars instead of just five for every category I would!!

Wow, Sarah's home is just incredible. Sarah was a wonderful host from the very beginning, answering my queries before booking, helping me find solutions when my bank was playing silly buggers with my payment and accommodating my dietary requests. She always replied so quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with over messages. Her home is amazing, it's bigger than it look in the photos but also super cosy. Every little detail has been covered and lots of very personal touches too that were appreciated. The apartment is spotlessly clean, has every amenity that you could ever imagine and the bed is one of the comfiest that I have ever slept in. All in all, I can't recommend Sarah and her home enough!

Staying at Sarah and Martin’s place is like flying first class( if you’ve ever experienced this). It would be hard to go back to anything less. There was everything and more than I thought we would need. Do you know how good it is to have ice for your drink, crumpets, butter and jams or minute when you get there when you’ve had a long day travelling? There’s not any more that you could want.

Sarah’s apartment was amazing! A great location, we had some great walks around the Chilterns and enjoyed Henley and Marlow. It was lovely after a long day out coming back to such a warm and welcoming home. Thank you Sarah

A lovely, homely and very spacious flat, although the bedroom had more minimal space, and although a personal taste, we found the bed hard and uncomfortable. The flat was otherwise well equipped, had easy parking and wasclose to lovely places to visit. Very good information and communication. Thank you for an easy and pleasant stay.
