There was no wifi at the location, which was not made clear at all in the advertisement and is pretty unbelievable considering how much they charge for the stay. The plugs were also faulty and one came out of the wall. Additionally, the mattress is very thin and the bathroom is incredibly sparse. No shampoo or conditioner was provided. The room was 'fine' and the place itself is 'fine' but it is unbelievably overpriced. This is the kind of space one would expect to pay $100-200 a night for. Additionally, after paying the full amount for the apartment, I was asked to pay an additional 'tourist fee' in cash, which I've NEVER been asked to pay in any other place I've stayed, and I was asked to make a 200 euro deposit ON TOP OF the price it cost to rent the airbnb. I figured it was a security deposit that would be returned at the end of the stay but it was never returned and my email about it was ignored.

Sandra and Carla were very nice and it was a very easy check in/out process. Apartment is in a beautiful location, 5-minute drive from Cortina, and very quiet as just outside the town. The apartment is as the pictures look: an old chalet and antique feel. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment and signal can be mixed. Walls are thin in the chalet so you might hear voices from neighbours. Enjoyed our stay!

The chalet is in a great location, only 5 minutes drive from Cortina D'Ampezzo. The flat has a lovely view over the mountains, it was amazing being so close. The flat is how it looks in the photos, the decor is old but functional. The shower is good, but I tried to have a bath and the plug got stuck, so I had to remove all the water with a bucket! The hob in the kitchen works well so we were able to have some meals in. The bed was very comfortable. It's a great location to get to the hikes and to Cortina, Cortina was our favourite town, it's so beautiful. The whole chalet is split into flats- it felt a little bit eerie at times as it was quite quiet- it seemed like it was only us and another family in the whole place. The check in was very easy and they were communicative/flexible with organising a time to check in. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

Clean place with washer & dryer and detergent provided (on separate level). Room was well decorated. Nice kitchen with dish soap. No hand soap for the bathroom. No heat, so it was a bit chilly at night, even though a blanket was provided. Car park was available in garage, which was a plus. Must have a car to get to this place. It is 15 min car ride to the center of Cortina. Have to pay for parking in Cortina 3 euro per hour. Would have been nice to be able to walk in instead, but too tired from all day hike and distance too long to walk. Public transportation is limited. Communication was good with Sandra but some times took a little while to respond back or not at all. She was kind to help with trying to accommodate my change of schedule. Cancellation policy is very strict. Once booked, you are locked in. Enjoyed my stay. Glad I had a rental car!
