Staying at the ranch house in Boulder was amazing. I had a little bit of trouble with wi-fi upon arrival but they were quick to fix the problem. I loved walking in the mornings down the very quiet road past beautiful fields with lots of animals. Boulder has great dining options and even a coffee shop despite its small size and remote location. I would definitely come back.

This place was peaceful and looked like the pictures shown. It’s a good distance from slot canyons and the national park, so that’s why we picked it. Beds seemed fresh and bathrooms were very clean. 4 stars instead of 3 because it’s Boulder, Utah and there’s only so much around there. But the ceiling spiders could use a good cleanup. And every dish we pulled out of the kitchen was stained or had food on it. The Wi-Fi instructions were wrong in the app instructions, and in their house manual. And on the fridge note. So we had to talk to the local property manager for help. We had no hot water the first night cause the pilot light had apparently blown out and no one had prepped that for us before check-in. But after talking to the local manager, they came and fixed it for us late that night so we had hot water the next day. It’s weird that sweeping the kitchen floor was required, that’s definitely a first for us for an air bnb! The price was good so we’re still happy overall.
