Our stay at Elizaveta et Dinis’s place was excellent! The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect; a short walk to the Canal Saint Martin and to République. The apartment is in an area where you get to experience the Paris of the locals! There are restaurants and supermarkets close by. Easy access to the metro and public transport takes you wherever else you might like to visit. There is a great boulangerie over the road (the owner and his family are very sweet).

j'ai aimé la connexion Wi-Fi,l'emplacement mais il faudrait renouveler les ustensiles de cuisine et les serviettes de salle de bain . il faudrait aussi ajouter les draps de lit...désinfecterla maison de temps en temps. merci

The apartment was small but adequate, suitable for two people in comfort, but the sofa bed was there for others if you were really on a budget. Kitchen equipment was limited and we had to use our universal stopper for the kitchen sink and the bath. Apartment was cosy in a cool April with automatic heating. We appreciated Netflix on the TV – an essential for the anglophone not fluent in French. Proximity to Colonel Fabien and Goncourt Metro stations (they are on different lines) was very convenient. At a pinch you could walk from the Ile Notre Dame to the flat in about 30 minutes, as we did when the Metro closed early one night. We felt completely secure on the streets at all times. The Francprix supermarket is across the street, and the baker on the corner got our regular custom. We woud have appreciated some recommendations regarding local restaurants etc, but on the whole we spent a happy month here.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at Elizaveta and Dinis's apartment while in Paris. The space was clean and in a good area for walking in Paris. Not too far from the canal and a fair amount of restaurants nearby. I will say that the kitchen is small and not fully equipped for a longer stay. We tend to cook a lot and found some key things missing.
