Anthony's place is a lovely quiet, comfortable 2 bedroom unit that has been tastefully outfitted with antiques that give the place character and warmth. The beds are comfortable to sleep on with electric blankets and quality linen. The gas heater in the lounge only needed to be turned on for about half an hour as it warmed the place up very quickly. As it was wet and cold the entire time of my stay I wasn't able to enjoy the lovely private garden accessible through french doors from the lounge. Anthony is a considerate and caring host who gives you privacy but is always available and quick to respond to any queries. He has thought of everything a guest might need for short stays. The location is very close to the ferry terminal, supermarket and lovely restaurants and shops in Devonport. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

A well located, boutique space with all the amenities that you would find in a 4 star hotel. Anthony is a superb host who offers assistance/information readily and makes you feel at home...we'll be back!

Very nice 2 br apartment. Located a very short walk from ferry wharf. Devonport is a charming village away from the hub bub of Auckland. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our 5 night stay. Anthony is a welcoming and hospitable host. Highly recommend this property for those looking for easy access to Auckland but in a location in smaller, Homey-er seaside village.

Great area, close to city ferry and minutes from the lovely little village of restaurants and cafes and shops of quaint and beautiful Devonport .. lovely private garden outlook from bedroom and even a bottle of wine awaiting us in the fridge :) only downside was no washing machine directly accessible to use but Anthony did tell us we could Contact him to use his (upstairs) should we wish.. though we ended up too busy to take him up on the offer.

The style of Anthony's house was great. We had plenty of room and a lovely garden too. The location was great for us oldies- within easy walking distance of lovely 'village' of Devonport and the ferry terminal for Auckland. Ideal.
