The place was exactly as described, and near all the plans we had in Philly. Shanina was quick to reach out and check in case anything was needed. We would definitely come back if we're in the area again!

I booked Shanina’s place for my parents during their visiting. The entire place was very clean, very nice, had all things they needed and even more. The location is also quite nice, very quiet and pedestrian friendly. Whenever we text Shanina, she gets back to us within half an hour and resolves all the questions and concerns asap. They enjoyed their stay here. And I’m glad I picked this place!

Absolutely excellent stay! The place is cozy and homey and was perfect for my month long stay. The location is great, walkable, street parking, and close to the train station. The apartment was beautifully furnished and maintained and you could feel the personal touch in there, everything from soap, to coffee, to spare towels and linens were provided. I absolutely loved my stay. Many thanks to Shanina!

I stayed 2.5 weeks at Shanina’s apartment while I did research at UPenn. The place exceeded all of my expectations! It was spotless, had everything I could possibly need, and even beyond that! It was super continently located, walkable to grocery stores, downtown center, university. It was a nice quiet street and safe family neighborhood. Shanina was super responsive with every request! Even when I was baking cookies and asked if she had poppyseeds, she didn’t but she ran to the store and got them for me! I cannot think of a better host! One other nice touch, there was bottled water, coke in the fridge when I arrived, and even a small Christmas tree and decorations for me! I can warmly recommend staying here!!! Thank you Shanina for doing such impressive job with your place and for your friendliness and hospitality!

It's literally one of the best stays at an Airbnb I've ever had! She had everything you would need down to a gas stove and q-tips! We were in awe when we walked in. It was so clean and everything was new. The bed was comfortable, and every room was very spacious. Philly is my home town so I will definitely be staying here again.
