The host was flexible, a super efficient communicator and very helpful from reservation to checkout. Neighbourhood is perfect for those wishing to be close to everything but off the beaten path. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The wifi is a little slower than what I’m used to but if you’re close to the front door, all is good. Appartement bien situé dans le centre de Cagliari, la chambre donne sur une rue très bruyante la nuit. La chambre est située en haut d’un grand escalier qui n’était pas indiqué dans la description de l’appartement. Il est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans le quartier. Les horaires d’arrivée et de départ ne sont pas flexibles. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne s’ouvrait pas.

The place was well-maintained, cosy and provided all items needed for a short stay. The area is nice, located close to lots of interesting sights, restaurants, etc. Communication with the host was fine and all necessary information is given in the description and in messaging with the host. Vey good value for this price.

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen, 5 min zur Markthalle, 10 zum Buslinie 3 zum Strand (Fahrzeit 20 min). 15min zur Altstadt mit vielen Attraktionen und Restaurants. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Alles praktisch und sauber. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren gut. Alles in allem eine prima Location - thanks for beeing your guests rgds Lutz und Katharina
