公司类型的统一管理短租公寓，有专门的人员接待入住，房间毛巾和床上用品比较干净，但地面清洁的不太好。每次去马尼拉都住这个区域，出行方便，周边治安很好，吃饭逛街都方便。

This studio is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in Makati. It is cosy, looks very new and has lots of nice little touches. The sunset view over Manila Bay is just breath-taking. The location of the building is convenient close to shops and restaurants and it was easy to get around. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay here and would definitely return again. Bon himself is a great host – very friendly and responsive. Thank you again! :)

The condo is very nice, clean and has nice view. Lots of thoughtful touches. Bon is an amazing host and easy to communicate with.

the best place. I'll stay at the next time. very clean house. the kitchen is full of useful products to cook. a lot of clean towels, very cozy and wide bad, fast free wifi, wide TV and netflix also. Mall is very near and even there is Korean supermarket. the Security is better then any place. I had an experience about brown out for one night. the announce or service for emergency service was not good. But it was just unfortunate happening once. the host is very kind and always gives back fast answer. moreover, the balcony and wide window always show me the great night view.
