We had a lovely stay at Sonya’s! BEAUTIFUL deck and backyard, beautiful view of the lake, cute fireplace inside. We enjoyed using her canoe to paddle around the lake, and snuggling up by the fire in the evening. Sonya was extremely communicative and friendly. Cute little cabin in a sweet rural neighborhood- very quiet and peaceful- quick drive to Pittsfield if you want groceries or restaurants. Queen Bed was very firm and comfy.

Had a wonderful weekend at Sonya’s lake house. We were very comfortable and Sonya is a fantastic host. This is my favorite place to stay in the area.

We spent a Winter weekend in Sonya's cottage and couldn't be happier with our choice. Ours was a last minute booking that almost didn't work out, but great communication and responsiveness by Sonya made it possible. The area is quiet and pristine, and I can see it would make for a fantastic retreat all year. Inside, the cottage feels brand new, and in all it feels the owners thought about every detail. Communication continued to be fantastic throughout our stay, and I'm sure we'll try to rent it again next time we're in the Berkshires. A++ stay and host!

Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was wonderful! We felt so welcome and comfortable. It really had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and to accommodate our 4 year old and baby. There were toys, books, kids dishes, a pack n play, and places to put the things we brought which was great. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all our meals there were different areas to sit and enjoy reading, food, conversation and puzzles. We were there in winter and during snow, which was beautiful to see falling outside all the windows. The large yard and deck were fantastic places for our 4 year old to play, and we really enjoyed using the pellet stove which was fully stocked with pellets for our use. I could tell that the closeness to the lake beach and all the provided lake gear would be excellent in warmer weather. Being able to cut back on packing, especially with kids or if you don’t have lake gear makes a huge difference. Thanks Sonya for your friendly and responsive welcome!

Sonya's rental home was absolutely delightful. The home is so attractive and it was spotless. In addition it has a beautiful yard and large deck with all the amenities. Sonya left us a very nice greeting basket full of snack goodies, a fridge full of condiments and even a block of cheese. Her communications with us prior to arriving was timely and very helpful. In addition, check-in could not have been any simpler. There are many features that are better taken advantage of in summer, such as a kayak and beautiful pond. We are seriously considering a longer stay next summer. Highly recommended.
