What a great house! Our family of 3 couples had plenty of gathering and private space. The views are beautiful and the house amenities make it a great place. We cooked at the house every night and ventured out during the day. The kitchen and pantry have everything you need including many spices and a stocked bar. We bought our own supplies and added what remained to the house. The outdoor kitchen pizza oven makes a fun dinner. The walk to the beach requires good tennis/walking shoes but it so worth it when you get there. The roads are challenging but manageable after a day or two. Roadtown is just over the top about 10 minutes away with 2 grocery stores that sell alcohol, too. There is a butcher shop, Steakation, near the stores. Definitely rent a car from Peanut at Paradise Explorer Jeep Rental. We took a day trip to The Baths at Virgin Gorda on Speedy ferry from Roadtown. To top things off our son took advantage of the wonderful beach to propose!

Ben is truly a gem. Went above and beyond to help us - gave us recommended, drove me to the airport; picked up food for us one night etc Just could not have been a nicer, more helpful, more communicative AirBnb host. I will 100% rent from Ben again, whether this property or another. The house is also beautiful.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. We had 7 in our family stay, and the house was perfect—lots of room, lots of privacy, interesting and inspirational decor, and the ambiance was insane! The views and location were absolutely stunning. Ben was a gracious host-responsive and extremely helpful with local needs. One of the coolest things that stood out was when we checked in. We got in late (not recommended, though, because it's rather tough to find in the dark). However, we arrived tired and worn out and walked down to the house through the beautiful courtyard, the house was lit with music playing, and the vibe was really welcoming. We perked right up and jumped in the pool immediately! Such an amazing home and experience in the BVIs. We will be back soon and stay at House of Rogues again for sure! PS- Rent a 4-wheel drive! It's helpful when you go down to the private beach!

House of Rouges was the absolute perfect stay for our family group. Tortola was beautiful and I really don’t think you can find a better view on the island than Ben’s place. The pool and sitting areas are great for relaxing and dinner at sunset in the upstairs deck and bar area is truly stunning. The house itself has great character and charm and Ben is a super, very responsive host with some great stories! We all agreed that we would stay here 10 times over. Thanks again Ben, we hope to be back soon!
