Great location—oceanfront and very close to beach access and pool. The house itself is an accommodating space; however many of the interior appointments are tired/broken/stained. The kitchen and kitchen supplies were very mediocre. There is no grill. There are 3 sun loungers on the main floor deck; 2 of them are completely broken and non usable.

Great family Christmas location. Easy access to local attractions and the beach. Yet also quite and safe!

I've stayed at 22 AirBnBs and have never given a rating below 4— until now. This stay was below my expectations. The house was in poor condition. There was old patio furniture with exposed rusted nails. Many doors also have sharp rusted hinges that are pointing out (a hazard for children). The back patio gate doesn't close. On arrival our door code didn't work — neither did the parking permit. To get help we had to speak to some corporate company called Peace Vacations. (This property doesn't have a human host — it's a company... which probably explains why things suck. Basic instructions was lacking. There was no explanation for how to access the resort amenities such as the indoor pool or health club. The policy of 1 dishwasher tab, 1 toilet paper per room, 1 paper towel roll etc. is stupid. Asking guests to stock up on necessities like garbage bags, salt and pepper, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper is frustrating. Also minor but annoying for me: this company forces you to sign up for another app (something called Happy Stays X) that did nothing to enhance my stay. It was just another frustrating hoop for me to jump through. And now I'm stuck on their email list (they spam me their "new vacation rentals" once a week.) Bright spots: Having the beach gear delivered from VayK was great. So was the location.
