While we loved the rental I thought it would be a bit more private/quiet. Every night the sports bar patrons would stand on our landing and we're very very loud. We never heard any of the music from the bar while indoors it was very quiet on that front it was just the patrons coming and going who were extremely loud/drunk. The rental was great other than that, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, the temperature control worked well and the showers/toilet were clean easy to find parking. Just hard to sleep before midnight so might not be the best fit if you have very little kids.

Great location! Private rooms are incredibly quiet even with the close proximity to the rooftop bar! Loved that after a fun night out all I had to do was take a short walk back to where I was staying. Patio space was great for relaxing. The room had everything I needed with easy access to parking, main street lava hot springs, and more! Would definitely stay again!

This was a very poor experience. The host was very unhelpful and didn't offer any help with any of the issues we were having. Internet didn't work because someone had stolen the power cable. Host didn't fix it. TV didn't work as the advertised smart TV. Netflix wouldn't load movies when logged in. Host didn't fix or offer any help when asked. Location to the hot springs was great. However, parking lot was not plowed and walkways were very snowy and slippery 90% of the stay. 6'' of snow or more. We were unable to make it up the steep driveway because of the snow so we had to walk all our belongings up the hill in the snow and 2 flights of stairs to our room. Very slippery and unsafe. We slipped several times and watched several others slip. I would not recommend this location mainly because the poor attitude of the host and the poorly kept grounds and parking. Probably a great place to stay in the summer months. Wish we would have just stayed in a hotel.
