Cecilia’s place was amazing! It was so comfy, beautiful and clean. Her place is even more amazing than you can see in the photos. The balcony view is to die for! We cooked breakfast every morning (the kitchen is super complete) and enjoyed it in the balcony. The swimming pool and the jacuzzi are so nice. You can walk to a lot of places and it’s super safe around it. The building staff is super friendly and welcoming. Cecilia promptly responded to all our questions and we felt like home. We are planning to come back as soon as possible. Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful property perfect for a family of 4 or 5.! Highly recommend! Amazing view over the ocean and location where all the cruise boats come in. Fun to watch as they go in and out of the port. The accommodation is perfect with nice bathrooms, 2 decks, a grill, a comfortable living room, and a nice kitchen. Honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. They had a nice bubbler of water, which was thoughtful and helpful. The pool was also very nice!! If we come back to Cozumel, will try and stay at this property again. Helpful hints: bring some ground coffee if you like it (they have a coffee machine and filters), drinks, and snacks along with you … in case you arrive when the grocery store is already closed. A large grocery store is a short 10 min drive away. You are located in a cruise ship zone, so I found the prices to be quite high directly around the accommodation …. Drive downtown for cheaper dinners. Central square has best prices on souvenirs.

Great stay with beautiful views. Comfortable and great for the 3 of us. Furnishings are relatively new and kitchen is well-stocked. The A/C was outstanding and it was easy to adjust so we were comfortable and it didn't have to run it all the time. TV got football games. I'm already thinking about coming back next year and staying here.
