Linh was a very supportive and friendly host. She explained things very clearly and arranged activities for us. The room was as advertised. Although Linh was lovely, she seemed very busy and did not have much time for us. We were hoping to use the free bikes but many of them were not functioning well.

Stop right now, and book this place. Hands down, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at. Linh and her family will welcome you with a beautiful riverside location, ice cold water on arrival, gorgeous sparkling clean rooms, and so much travel advice and booking help. Make sure to try a family dinner, such greaaattt food and her family is very warm and friendly, especially darling Chip! And Linh will blow you away with her hospitality. I hope to come back one day and stay much longer!

Linh was so helpful during our short stay. We had no plan of what to do when arriving and she quickly helped us make one that perfectly fit our style. She also booked travel, motorbikes and the caving tour for us which simplified everything tremendously. I would highly recommend doing the full 2 day Ruc Mon cave tour if possible. Linh and her lovely family made our stay more memorable than we we could ever imagine.

Great location by the river within walking distance to town, though you don’t really need to go there. Good choice of breakfast options (included) and a very helpful host who arranged transport in private car on several occasions. Scooter rental + dinner is possible too. Try having dinner with Linh and her family one night if you can, you’ll see some tasty bits there plus you get to feel the family’s warmth. We traveled as a family of four and received the best room of all, facing the river and karst mountain scenery—stunning—and had a balcony too (no rails, though, so be careful). A tip: consider ordering you choice of breakfast the evening before as prep time can be quite long.
