I would definitely recommend Nikki's place as somewhere to stay near Lincoln. The pleasant flat made it feel like home from home. Although I did not meet her in person (as it was self check in via key safe) she lives up to being a super host!

Nikki’s place was perfect for our time in Lincoln, local shops, pubs and takeaways 5 minute walk. The flat itself was amazing, just as advertised, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Access to the property was straight forward and Nikki was always a message away to give advise on the local area. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area and we will book again when next visiting
