Stayed here as part of my first ever solo travel experience, and I couldn’t have picked a better accomodation. Not only was it situated in the beautiful rice paddies and close to town, but the staff were so lovely and helpful- always very prompt with answering my questions and meeting my requests; the room was beautiful- I stayed in the Seva room right next to the yoga shala and it was magical. The breakfast every morning was delicious. They had lovely massage therapists that I booked in with 3 times during my stay, and an amazing healer who came to the accomodation and performed Reiki, palm reading a purification ceremony, truly an unforgettable experience. For someone that was very nervous about their first solo trip, I felt right at home staying at Basundari. Will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for having me.

Really stunning grounds. Deep in the forest, so private and calm and peaceful. Staff was sooo kind with delicious breakfast included each morning.

Very nice room and enjoy the quiet and beautiful view of Ubud. Can see very beautiful sunset outside the villa. Good place to relax myself

Beautiful oasis. Now before I finish my raving review this property is on the edge of the jungle. So if you have issues with being right in it, then do what you must. BUT this is an amazing property. Food is GOOD! The view off the pool is sooooo relaxing the the sauna and ice bath were an added delight. Loved it here the staff were so sweet and nice and truly made me feel comfortable.

Our stay if only for a few days was very pleasant. The resort is relaxing with chilled vibes, the team are very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our needs. Highly recommend this as a must stay
