Kuno Villas is probably the best place I have ever stayed! Our Villa - Bhumi, was an absolute delight! Much space, extremely clean and very well decorated! It was so nice to stay there-and especially because of the private pool! Full kitchen if you need, two bathrooms with open shot, big living room area and a second smaller house (which I used for my sport). The restaurant was phenomenal, every dish we tried was second to none and breakfast was something to look for. You can walk 5 min to the beach or get the complimentary bikes and explore the island! Don’t forget to pick up the snorkel gear at reception. Staff was always smiling and attentive, made our vacation so much more wholesome!

Really friendly staff and easy check-in. The villa is very nice (the structures are very unique and "Kuno" in a sense that it's old school with modern touches). It is located further away from the port so we had a lot of good rest in the evening, which was something we wanted traveling with small kids. Keep in mind though because the streets surrounding the villa aren't well lit if you want to bike in the evening it would be quite difficult unless you pack yourself a camping head light or something like that. We used our cellphones flashlight and it helps a bit, but you still need to be careful of sandy road areas. But not far from here, the sunset view from the beach is so beautiful! So if you're looking more for a calm serene stay in Gili I'd recommend this area of the island. When booking we'd initially requested to have a room for the kids to be prepared but the room wasn't prepared when we came. There were some issues with the bidet sprayer in the other bathroom and pool jet not working, but the staff rectified all the situation quickly. Communication is smooth and the staff easily helped arrange private pickup up to and from the villa. They also provide bicycles for guests to use for free and for some snorkels to be used (limited supply so check with the front desk first if they have any to be borrowed for the time you want). They can also arrange a private 2 or 4 hour snorkeling trip as well if you want. We really enjoyed snorkeling for the first time and even our 3 year old who used to hate water loved using the life jacket swimming in the ocean! I think for the future if the villa can offer child services for a fee that would be really helpful for guests traveling with small kids, just so that parents can step away for a bit to enjoy some time alone. We last came to Gili Trawangan 10 years ago for our honeymoon before having kids, and it's so surreal to think we're back again with kids this time. Thanks for making our vacation to Gili a wonderful trip!

Absolutely gorgeous Villa. The bikes and snorkeling gear available was a great add to our stay. The staff are very helpful. We loved our experience with kuno Villa. It’s also close to mad monkey which is a great bar!
