One word to describe this place is ‘grande’. You walk in to the main lobby and wow, the spot took our breath away. Stunning house with incredible views. It is a little older so don’t expect a brand new fresh place (all photos on the ad is an accurate representation of what it looks like now) but we absolutely loved the place and would recommend anyone to stay there. We got our wedding photos there and the photos in some of the rooms are hidden gems we will be cherishing forever! 10/10 from us.

Amazing place with a secluded feeling, large amount of space throughout the house, 100% would stay again perfect place for a group of friends who want to relax and enjoy their time together.

Location was beautiful, ample parking, large house good for up to 12 people, unfortunately it did smell “musty” like it had been closed up for a while which when you spend near $5000 for 4 nights we would expect more, we had a message from the owner the day before to say the “air con wasn’t working upstairs” which was very disappointing as we had a pregnant woman and a small baby to think about in the middle of summer, the lawns were not mowed and although it had been wet we managed to mow it (with owners permission and mower) as we had arranged to have our daughters wedding there so wanted it to look its best! The owner does say it’s not 5* which it isn’t, but it does need some maintenance as it definitely has huge potential. Despite the negatives we had a lovely few days away in a beautiful part of the hinterland.

wow! this place looks grand. it did not disappoint. very impressed. We had a small family reunion here for our 91 year old mother in law. very memorable experience thanks to James gorgeous home. the view is spectacular too.

We had the most lovely stay at Lemongrove. The property is situated in a beautiful little town of Montville that has some wonderful restaurants and shops that are a small walk or drive down the road. The house has the most picturesque view of the lake that transported us to shores of lake Como. The house was well equipped for our needs, the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having a swim in the pool and using the sauna to warm up when it got cold. Our little get away could not have been more relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you to James our host for a great stay!
