Harmony homestay offers a great size room and has a fantastic location right in the old quarter. You are just a minutes walk from restaurants, cafes and the lake. Unfortunately we had some big issues regarding parking so beware if you have motorbikes. The listing states free parking but this is not the case. We ended up involved in very heated arguments with the neighbours regarding the parking when there was no need what so ever. This was all down to miscommunication between the homestay owner (who was never around to help) and neighbours. I was promised in an email before booking we had free parking for 2 motorbikes but the free bit was incorrect, even after us agreeing to pay for parking issues still occurred between neighbours. All in all I think the neighbourhood has internal issues regarding the parking so be aware and make sure the homestay owner has agreed with you the price for parking and exactly how and to who you will pay.

Petit logement très bien placé au cœur d’Hanoi. De plus il se situe au cœur de petites rues et est donc relativement au calme comparé à d’autres adresses. Chambre et salle de bains propres, rien à redire. Propriétaires à l’écoute pour tous types de services (scooters, bus, ...) Parfait pour y passer quelques nuits à moindre prix

This homestay is located in the greatest and most colorful parts of Hanoi. There are lots of nice things to do during the day and night. The bedrooms are super clean, and the host is very helpful. The people that work in the house are the nicest. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Harmony place is absolutely nice and clean. It’s location is very central but much quiet than the Old Quarter which only 5 minute to Hoan Kiem Lake. The host is the most kindness and thoughtfulness man ever. Would definitely come back and recommened my friend.
