We had a great family week at the home. Cosy inside on rainy days and everything you can imagine outdoors: large pool / water slide / fountains / hot tub / amazing fire table / smoker / etc. Everything was in excellent shape and clean. We had a question concerning a pool feature and they responded immediately and provided assistance.
This place was fantastic for a family trip (2 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 school aged boys). The outdoor space was even better than described! The pool setup was awesome (and warm in cold winter days!), the hot tub spacious and great features. Plus a trampoline and “sledding” hill. Inside was well set up for multi generational family stay. Tons of games, books, beds/bath were nice. The kitchen was particularly amazing! Gadgets I would never have imagined in a rental … Kitchenaid stand mixer, sous vide machine, all sorts of things!
Be sure to read the 77 amenities word for word before booking. There is a camera in the backyard watching (felt uncomfortable, invasion of privacy considering we had a group of only women.) If you are looking to come to town for a family reunion or birthday, do not expect to have your family visit. Very strict 6 people at the house rule and only 4 cars allowed (ANYTIME.) If one extra person comes, you will get an immediate text message from owner asking the additional guest and the car to leave. This made our stay very uncomfortable and we no longer wanted to spend time at the house, which is a shame b/c this house has great ratings. If the owner tells you, you can have guests meet up at the house before an outing - don't believe it b/c we received an immediate message for our guests to leave while we were waiting for others to get ready to go. The waterslide if very fast and your bathing suit top will come down to expose, very good reason why the backyard camera was upsetting to us.
We had a wonderful time here. The backyard and pool was a destination in itself. Everything was easy to use and was very well stocked. Hosts were very helpful and communicative!
pros: very clean, beautiful backyard and sparkling pool, very comfortable beds cons: no charcuterie board as promised, no Nespresso machine as promised, path leading up to the hot tub needs a railing installed, master bedroom should have a private TV
