I had stayed at suraj’ place for 3 nights and we were visiting goa for a conference. Suraj was very responsive n proactive from the time we booked and even helped us with cabs etc. His caretaker ravi was great as he would stay connected and made sure everything went smoothly. The place is as described in the pictures and very spacious and clean. They have assigned a cleaning lady who comes and does the cleaning everyday just like we get done in our home. The location of the apartment was in a very peaceful area and had sea views right from the balcony. For us the location was apt as our conference hotel was just 7/8 mins away in bambolin. If you are looking to stay in dona paula area Would certainly recommend the place.

I never met Suraj during my stay of 5 nights. I spoke to him on the phone several times. He was polite and helpful. But the stellar job was done by the caretaker Rabi! He made sure I had a cup of tea ready on the evening that I arrived. My flight was quite delayed. He was there to take me up to the flat. And to show me the layout. He was cheerful and very attentive. I gave him some feedback and suggestions during my stay. He promptly made the changes. He even bought a toaster for me to use for breakfast, which I never expected! He connected me to a good driver, who I used for my transport. He is a huge asset for Suraj! Some points to note for others. The location is super, but the road to the building is not good. At night more so. As a single lady staying in the flat alone, I was a bit apprehensive about the other people in the building. It seems like most of the flats are being used for AirBnB use. The pool and garden were not being maintained well.

We had a great stay. Suraj was very helpful and responsive for the queries we had. His caretaker Ravi was super helpful nice person. Apartment was as we saw in the pic. Nice neat and clean. Ravi ensured we had a comfortable stay. We had a concern with the balcony lock, which was promptly attended next day by Ravi and Suraj ensuring the work is done. Although the place is little away from main city line having a self driven vehicle will be helpful. Swiggy service was available for food and instamart. Overall loved the stay.
