A quiet place to stay, but a 20 minute walk to the nearest attraction in Speyer. The cats were friendly, and we were otherwise undisturbed, but I’m honestly not sure if Chris lives here or someone else. I’m sure the garden/patio is lovely in the summertime (the plants were covered for the winter), but the view of the river is a bit misleading as it is not really accessible from the property. There is a water kettle & coffee pot, although you may need to bring your own tea/coffee as these are not complimentary. Also plan to bring your own soap/shampoo as the only thing provided is bath-salts for the jacuzzi (which was a nice feature). The bathroom is otherwise very modern and the cutest aspect of this space. If you are looking for a simple and affordable place to sleep on your trip to Speyer or nearby Hockenheimring, then this is the spot for you!

Kamer en douche zijn zoals beschrevenen voldeden prima voor mijn vijfdaagse verblijf. Erg positief vond ik ook de stilte gedurende dag en nacht, waardoor ik bijzonder goed geslapen heb. Christoph was zeer vriendelijk en reageerde zeer snel op mijn vragen en verzoeken. Hij was erg behulpzaam. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Speyer kom ik graag weer!
