Booked this Villa for a family holiday. What an amazing place! The photo's really don’t do it justice, it amazing 5 star accommodation. The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and stocked well with initial provisions…..including wine!! We were met by Paulino who is very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The family enjoyed the swimming pool and surrounds which is well equipped with quality seating and loungers. We all, especially the children, enjoyed the hot tub. Great area outside for the kids to play too, with slide and swings. The adults had fun playing pool and table football. There is also an ATV available for use which we had fun riding. Plenty of BBQ'S were had in the huge undercover area in the evenings. All in all a fabulous place to stay. Only 25mins from airport. Very peaceful with amazing views. Not far to the nearest supermarkets etc. Croatia is an amazing country, really friendly and we shall certainly be returning….very probably to Villa Pave.

Niko was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, always attentive to any questions we had and helped arrange transport in the village and into Dubrovnik on the days we didn’t want to drive ourselves. The villa was very clean and tidy and fridges stocked with food and drink on our arrival. We all had a lovely stay at villa pave and would recommend to anyone!

The house was nothing like what we expected. The pool area had mouldy chairs and wet and there was a broken ping pong table thrown against the wall. We booked it because of the playground and pool for our daughter who ended up not going into the pool as it was too cold and there was no play area ( as in photos ) the microwave in the kitchen was in such a state it made me sick and the smell of cat wee was terrible. There was dirty frying pan and couldn’t even find a hand towel to use in the kitchen. I didn’t feel like I could cook in the kitchen. Felt very unclean. Flies everywhere!! The house was very run down. BBQ area still had coal in it from last guests .. TV had three channels that’s worked and very hard to use. Too many remotes. No tv for our little child .. towels felt like sandpaper . The house was very run down and very disappointing. Rubbish and rusty mouldy stuff around..Thank god weather was nice because we went out every day otherwise it would have been very hard to stay in that house . Niko was great and very friendly . So we go away with great memories..

Super accueil effectué par Niko, qui gérait à la fois la maison, les trajets (en taxi et minibus) et nos activités! Maison très accueillante et parfaite pour 12 personnes (16 avec les divans lits - moins confortables que les lits mais qui dépannent bien!) Située dans un petit village assez excentré mais magasin d’alimentation à 10min en voiture!

Don’t miss this place. Had everything you could need, arrived to a stocked fridge with beers, wines, nibbles etc. superb hospitality, beautiful modern home with all the extras. Pool, spa, sauna, gym, foosball pool table, table tennis and the list goes on!
