Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

Spacious modern apartment. Well equipped and clean. Close to seafront, and there are some bars and Coles just around the corner, but note that seafront access is limited (there's no beach, just a cliff, though the sea view from the park opposite the apartment block is pretty.) The area generally feels quiet and safe but homelessness and drunkenness seems to be an issue around busier parts.

A great stay. Karen communicated very well ensuring I knew how to contact her if I had any issue, which I didn't. Karen's place is located on the Esplanade which is a great spot from which to explore Darwin. Near to the supermarket, the park area and the waterfront. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Bed was very comfy too. I highly recommend Karen's place for a stay in Darwin.

Karen's place has a great location, close to the city centre and on a walking distance from Darwin waterfront. All day tours we took had a pick up point just 20 metres from it which was very convenient. The apartment has everything we needed including aircons in both areas, cooking appliances, washing machine and dryer which was handy given the NT climate.
