What a terrific stay we had in Bilbao! Maria was great - from accommodating our early check in request, to the clear instructions/photos for arrival, to the keyless entry. The flat is sparkling clean, newly renovated, and has hotel-level amenities. The beds are so comfortable, and the blackout shutters are amazing! It's in a residential part of Bilbao. Very clean, safe, and walkable. You will feel like you are living like a local yet very close to all the attractions. The parking spot was in the cleanest, safest garage I have ever seen. We didn't really use our car while in Bilbao, so we didn't mind the spot being up the street. My only comment is that soundproofing in the building is not great, so starting at about 8AM, you get a lot of noise from neighboring units. But other than that, I have no complaints and absolutely would stay here again!
