This house is perfect for a large group. We were 10 adults and 6 kids. The master is upstairs on the 3rd floor with the loft. The loft is right off the garage. On the main is the library with a bedroom. It’s next to the washer and dryer room & the main bathroom, so it’s perfect with a queen bed. The kitchen is awesome. Nice & big. It has anything & everything you need. I love that we were all able to sit at the dining room table (kids at the island) & eat dinner together. Downstairs is bedroom number 3 with the bathroom. There is 4th bedroom has another bathroom right next to it. And finally, the 5th bedroom with the bunkbeds & another family room, which the kids loved! I read the reviews prior to booking. Some guests stated that the house was warm, but it was actually perfect. Each level has a thermostat. This house is just a hop, skipping, & jump away from downtown Breck. While this house is a little outdated, it is extremely clean & the beds were very comfortabl

Awesome place with fantastic kitchen (that I’d love to have at my house) and ridiculous views of the mountains (also love to have those). Great open indoor space with plenty of room for a few families with kids. The 5th room has a bed and door just inside of the library which wasn’t shown in the pictures for some reason but helpful to know where that was and that there are indeed 5 closed rooms. Warmth of the house in the winter was easily mitigated with opening windows, doors, and fans. Hot tub was a nice option but unfortunately had algae build up so not great to use, but the host was responsive and got someone to come out the next day to balance. Overall would recommend and loved the house!

Our family kept saying, “This view should be on a postcard!”. Favorite memory- soaking in the hot tub while it was snowing. The location was only 10 minutes to drive to ski area and the village. Thanks for sharing your home!

The house felt like home! It was very comfortable with incredible views. The beds were extremely comfortable and it fit our group nicely. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
