For our first—and long overdue—visit to Pender Island(s), this spot gave us everything we needed for comfort and modernity (great bed, cozy space, fully tricked-out kitchen, WiFi, etc.) but with a rustic cabin-in-the-woods vibe, all while being in a neighbourhood with a view of the water and close to nearby food/coffee spots and to the main island shopping centre. Another nice thing was separate enough spaces so that if one of us wanted to get up in the night for a bit to read or write postcards, we could do so without disturbing the one who was still sleeping. (Some small cabins we've stayed at have been basically one big room, so there's no turning a light on without waking everyone.) We don't have kids, but we could see that this would be a fun place for a couple with a child or two: another bedroom w/ bunk beds, tub toys, a small picnic table, etc. Staying here was a treat and we will have fond memories of it.

We loved every minute of our stay. The backyard was amazing for kids, there were So many little nooks to hang out and explore or relax. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Listening to the frogs at night while star gazing was my favourite part! We would love to come back soon!

Beautiful place to stay in a beautiful environment. Peaceful. Was easy checking in and out and felt very private.

Great base for exploring the gulf islands, had everything i could want for a work-from-home and kayak/hike week!
