Great stay, great location, good communication - a few things could make this place even better. The dryer was inconsistent - would shut off at random. Some of the dishes were dirty. A hand soap pump would be a plus. Deliveries are made complicated by the resort, BUT it was a wonderful stay overall and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is every bit as amazing as it looks.. plus some amazing touches like the huge sliding pocket doors to the patio that open up all the way to the most amazing ocean view... the deepest soaking tub in the master that was so great for relaxing after a day out and about. The grounds are kept in such great shape and are ever bit as beautiful. A quick walk away from one of four great lagoons. This location was perfectly located close enough to everything yet far even from all the hustle and bussle of Waikiki. Already planning our return trip. We will definitely be coming back here...

If you want picture perfect sunsets, access to walking trails, pools and lagoons with easy access to other areas on Oahu (Honolulu/Waikiki, The North Shore and Kapoeli with restaurants and Target/Costco), then this is the place for you. Along with everything that you could possibly need inside the unit for sleeping, cooking, relaxing, 2 bathrooms and a closet full of beach chairs, Boogie boards etc...., the 16th floor Penthouse lived up to its billing with a million dollar sunset each night! There is a quiet, lap pool along with hot tub steps from the elevator that takes you up and down to your unit (with only 2 units located with these particular two elevators - making it feel like you had your own personal elevator. As a bonus, the elevators opened up and you were steps away from your private parking spot.) There is another pool accessible to you that has multiple depths and the layout to make it very private for your family. Next comes the easy access right on to a walking/running trail (hard surface) through a gate controlled with your unit key. If you go end-to-end on the trail that goes by all 4 lagoons, you would walk/run 2.5 miles give or take! Your access also opens right on to Lagoon number 2, which is the least crowded Lagoon of all four lagoons. A great stay at a truly great property!!! I would highly recommend this particular property to anyone! Easy to book and work with Real Select Property Managers for check-in and check-out (as we extended our stay until 2:00 pm, for a small fee, as our plane was not scheduled to leave until 5:15 pm. Otherwise check-out was scheduled for 10:00 am.). Checking out at 2:00 pm allowed us to enjoy nearly a full day at this property and also to go directly to the airport!

Our family truly enjoyed our time at this property. The condo had phenomenal views of the lagoons and ocean. The rental company was great to work with. Very easy check-in/out process.
