Stayed at the Penthouse suite for my sister’s hen do, that I organised. Hosts were good with comms, however I felt the apartment needed some TLC. Broken windows that made a few girls feel a little unsafe, the rooftop needed cleaning and a some effort for it to be more presentable. The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Good place to stay for location.

Firstly the location was perfect, was just round the corner from lime street station and was close to bars/shops. We were organising a hen party and communicated with the host to see if we could arrive early (1pm) to decorate which they said was fine. We arrived and the place was an absolute mess still from the night before so we had to leave and turn 16 guests away with all their things until the cleaning was done. Once we got in, we all had a look around and it was fine for what we needed it for however it could do with a bit of attention. The bed sheets had stains on, the astroturf on the terrace area was filthy, the windows were smashed etc. Also we had a bit of a bad experience in terms of security. We were on the roof terrace having some drinks and a group 4/5 boys in hoodies and balaclavas were on the roof trying to “join us”. Later, security reassured us that this was in hand, but was quite scary none the less. Overall we were all quite disappointed

There were several smashed window panes. One of the windows wouldn't close in the bedroom and the door to the terrace was leaking. The sofa was very old and tatty. Brilliant location tho. Very close to the centre. Defo needs upgraded
