This is a great place to stay. We stayed here four months due the pandemic lockdown. The host was extremely nice and accommodating. This place had the necessary things we needed for our stay...washing machine, stove, hot shower, fast internet, and so on. It is also within walking distance to different stores & a pharmacy. Plus, it is just a few kilometers ride to SM Lanang. We will definitely book this place again in the future! To the host, Ma’am Janice, thank you again for letting us stay for as long as we needed to.

Nicely designed Italian style condominiums, Janice's had every you may need, to do your own cooking or washing, home from home. Clean and welcoming apartment, lots of cupboards and space. Nice selection Cable TV channels, nice pool to swim in safely, nice location and easy transport, Taxi, tricycle, Jeepney, get you anywhere in City. Near to Sasa Ferry to Samal Island, close to airport, and depending on traffic, everywhere is accessible easily. Particularly liked visiting Insular Hotel only a few minutes away, beautifully kept grounds and a bit of old fashioned Hotel comforts.
