This home is gorgeous. The views are beautiful. The ocean views are spectacular from the main living areas and many bedrooms. Very clean and comfortable bedding. I may have misread the description but just note the 5th bed is in the same downstairs area as the pool table, not in a separate room. It worked out fine for our group but some may expect it to be a stand alone room which it is not. Highly recommend this home and the response time was excellent.

Before check-in we were informed that part of the stove was not working. I asked to have it fixed because we planned on cooking the entire trip. Nothing was ever communicated back. Upon check-in, the house was almost 80°. There was not an AC option on the thermostat, only heat or turning the unit off so I reached out via phone. Was told to sleep with the windows and doors open to cool the house down. Mind you, we have very young children with us, and there were a few people at the entrance of the neighborhood that were very clearly on drugs and homeless. I reached out again via messaging and got a response in the middle of the night that there would be someone there the next day. I guess the person came and they told me that they would call, but they never did. Apparently the house does not have AC and they never advertised that. They offered fans. The oven makes a sound like it’s going to blow up. Indoor fireplace doesn’t work. The beach is pretty but not worth the almost 6k I spent
