First let me say Ken as a person he was very sweet and kind . My girlfriend and I drove from Washington DC to LA and he kept up with us on our journey to make it safe to our temporary home ( his place) upon check in ken was there helping us move our stuff in .. which was nice ... but coming into the place it was extremely messy we literally were living on top of his things , all his personal belongings clothes , shoes , it was like staying at a Messy’s friends house for a month . He immediately started washing the dirty dishes in the sink and tidying up things that should have already been clean .. the refrigerator was disgusting and so was the bathroom my girlfriend and I had to personally go to the store and purchase $80 worth of cleaning products just to get the 3 inch layers of dirt out the bath tub .. we didn’t want to ever use the bathroom , or shower , we had to purchase new blankets , sheets , pillows , because the ones on the bed were not washed .. the place over all just wasn’t clean and was our only true issue , no effort was put into cleaning ... the location was beautiful and the complex was beautiful, ken was amazing and sweet but he definitely needs a deep clean ...

Ken is a great host and the location is great near everything in Pasadena.
