Welcome to our sunny little piece of Ragladise! This is our quirky family home and has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one. Enjoy the fantastic views and friendly neighbourhood. We're a couple of minutes from the point breaks, and you'll have a fantastic view of the harbour, the ocean, farmland and bush with plenty of birdlife at eye level. So nice to sit with a beer in the evening and watch the Tui and Kereru. The house is on the upper level (there's a pottery studio where I work during the day and separate tenant downstairs) and faces north with lovely sunrises and all-day sun. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds. There is also one single foam mattresses to pop on the floor for extra kids, and a portacot. We stock you with all of the basics, including toilet paper, tea, local Raglan Roast coffee for the stovetop, and fresh milk. Please note you'll need to supply your own bed sheets and towels, though we can arrange this by request. We do supply hand towels, bathmats and body wash. Blankets and pillows are provided. Open up all the bifold doors in the evenings when the sea breeze dies down and it feels like you're living outside. All double glazed to beat the summer heat during the day. Walk to the beach (Ngaranui) via the cool sheltered bush track in 30 minutes, or drive there in 1 minute. You can even find your way via the track to solscape for vegan brekkie and woodfired pizza if you're a navigation genius.
