Overall a good experience. The spot has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Kevin was quick and effective with his communication. If you're looking for a comfortable place to rest and take a break from the city, this is it.

We stayed at Kevin’s flat for a little over one month. The room itself looked a lot better than the pictures. It was perfect for two people. This is a minimalist accommodation with no frills. Checking in & out as well as communication was great. Being that the flat is 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, I never had to wait for the bathroom which is a huge plus. But do keep in mind that this is a shared space and depending on the guests, the cleanliness could differ. Kevin has a cleaning service come by but again it all depends on the housemates that are in neighboring rooms. That being said, this was perfect for our commute in Brooklyn and to Manhattan. Tony (the long term tenant) was really helpful and responsive when we needed him. I’d stay again.

Kevin was an extremely welcoming and helpful host. Tony (the long-term) tenant was also very helpful. I stayed for six weeks and it went by in a flash. With daily cleaning, access to laundry, kitchen, coffee machine etc. the place has everything you need. Thank you for the stay!

It is a nice place to stay, a calm neighbourhood, walkable to subways to manhattan. Kevin's instructions were very clear to check in. happy to stay here again. definitely recommend the place.
