Joshua was a great host. He was very responsive. House was very nice and spacious. It’s actually 2 units within the same house. Everyone enjoyed it. Very clean. Cozy.

We had our annual company ski trip here. The stay at Trailside inn was enjoyable. The hosts were responsive/accommodating to any questions or needs we had. The proximity of the house to the mountain is awesome. One thing to note - the two apartments mentioned in the description do not connect. You have to go outside and enter another door to get to the other unit containing additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen area. Another thing to note, is there is a pretty extensive cleaning/checkout process to make time for the morning of departure irregardless of the large cleaning fee paid. We appreciate the host’s flexibility & are thankful for the stay.

I stayed here with a group of 15 coworkers and we had a wonderful time. The barn is located in the rear of The Trailside Inn, completely separated from the hotel. We rented both the upstairs and downstairs units in the barn and it served our needs perfectly. All 15 of us had a comfortable bed. The downstairs unit has a pool table and comfortable lounging area where we hungout after a long day on the ski slopes. Staying at the barn gives you the privacy to hangout with your group, while also giving you the benefits the Trailside Inn has to offer. After we checked out, a few of us decided to go hiking and Joshua lent us some snowshoes to check out some trails nearby. Our group will definitely be back if we are in the area again! Thank you!

The Guesthouse (including both the Barn and the Loft) was a wonderful space. We went with a group of 16 and found that there was plenty of space to socialize as well as plenty of sleeping space. The two separate units were nice for those that wanted to spend time in a quieter space upstairs. We had no problems with noise as far as disturbing other guests. And honestly, the pictures undersell the space a little bit - it felt both up to date and cozy at the same time, with plenty of room and a good layout. One thing that should be noted is that, as was stated by the hosts, the fire alarms are quite sensitive and we accidently set them off while cooking breakfast, even with a window and the doors open and the overhead fan running. Joshua and the team did a great job orienting us for check-in, check-out, and with ground rules. There's already talk of booking another trip here for next winter - I can't recommend it enough!
