Overall, our stay at Hospedaje Mulege was enjoyable!! Consistent with other guest reviews, in terms of their experience, which helps to provide a nice, general idea of what to expect. Location- couldn't ask for a better value, especially if you are looking for close proximity to el malecon, while still having the opportunity to somewhat "escape" the noise, crowds, typical hustle and bustle. Though we do have to warn people that if they are planning to be in Puerto Penasco during a holiday observed by either Mexico or the U.S. (as were we), it can get quite loud. We couldn't pinpoint an exact place, but there were some random fireworks seemingly close by, that sounded off until roughly 2am...Sun-Mon. This was not something we anticipated, but couldn't exactly say we were surprised either. Of course, my S.O. said he slept through the night both nights, however it was a little tougher for me :-/ Be sure to bring earplugs just in case. Other than that, the property is well kept, very safe, and let me add the fact that having on-site private parking is a huge relief ;-) We were greeted by someone on site, who provided a run-down of amenities and essentials during one's stay. A really nice outdoor shower is available and oh so lovely, should you come back from the beach or day out and need a refreshing cool off before heading to your room. We loved the fact that each room had a bistro table right outside the door, with two chairs, in case guests would like to sit and watch the sunrise/sunset or dine al fresco. Cozy and comfortable furniture create an inviting space, necessary for rest and relaxation. We saw a couple creepy crawlers, but nothing too crazy or even often. It was wonderful to have a spacious bed, as well as bathroom with hot water (great pressure) every day, and access to a personal mini fridge to store water, drinks, and snacks. Lovely space and personal touches give each room personality/warmth (thank goodness for a full-length mirror, ceiling fan, and air condition!) Windows allowed for lots of natural lighting, which is also very nice. It is suggested however, to bring an eye mask if you are sensitive to the morning sun, as it comes in bright! Check-out was just as breezy as checking- in. I'm not sure if it was Lupita who I met, but all staff are so welcoming and personable, which makes this accommodation worth staying at and worthy of recommendation. Great place to consider for your time visiting RP :-)

I have been coming to Rocky point for many years and I've had the pleasure of staying at lupita's place a handful of times. Whether you're in town for a long period lupita's is an excellent choice and I highly recommend it.

This ones a GEM. For certain! Great location, perfect room and amenities were awesome. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Truly one of the best ever in my AirBnB stays! Excellent value and experience.
