这个一个非常棒的住处，一切都比在图片上看到的更好，乐于助人高素养的房东营造了一个一尘不染，干净整洁的住处，床上用品舒适整洁，花园打理的井井有条，可惜，来的季节有点冷，未能在花园泡上一杯茶，有机会，一定会再回来！

We had a wonderful stay at Lurdes’ beautiful property. The accommodation was peaceful, clean and well equipped- which satisfied our needs perfectly. Lurdes and her family made us feel very welcome during our stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thoroughly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Garden Studios. Every little detail was well thought out, from the iron and ironing board, washing machine & dishwasher which both had a few washing pods provided. Good wifi and exceptionally comfortable beds with qood quality crisp egyptian cotton linen. I was also greatful that in the description it listed the nespresso machine so that I could bring my own pods, although they kindly provided some to get you started. The centre of Barnes is a 10 minute walk away. Lovely location. Lurdes and her husband Michael were extremely responsive and helpful. Would 100% reccommend.

Lovely stay!! Guest home was gorgeous - lovely finishings, well furnished, loved the dryer and washer combo!! Lurdes and Michael were very quick to respond to questions we had and gave us a lot of space too - it was like a retreat! The skylights with automatic blinds were a serious treat! The neighborhood was so cute, beautiful little garden everywhere and felt very safe. Fun shopping close by and some great restaurants (we loved Awesome Thai!). The only blip during our stay was a house party happening nextdoor that was blaring music until nearly midnight on the night before our international flight home, otherwise the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We were told the neighbors don’t typically party like that so I think it was just a one-off.

Beautiful house with amazing garden. We were amazed by their beautiful home. Very clean too. Barnes has its unique environment, very quiet and old which we enjoyed very much. My daughter loved to visit Barnes pond where there were many ducks and swans. Only thing is it is a bit far walkable dostance for kids to reach rail stations to go to central London, so we used taxis. Otherwise, I highly recommend this house!
