We found this property suited us well for our short trip to Bathurst. Although adjacent to the owner's home, we did not see them when we were coming & going from the unit. We appreciated the out of town location and the quiet setting. The unit was clean & in good condition and the towels & bedding were comfortable.

Sandra’s place was lovely and clean. She was very helpful in proving clear instructions to find and access the place. She left the heater on for us knowing we were arriving late which was a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable and the place had beautiful surroundings.

What beautiful surroundings! We were visiting family in town and found this accommodation to be perfect. It had everything we needed, close to town and a basic breakfast option provided. Would stay again.
