Wai Kit’s place is worth the stay. The main concerns are the long queue on the elevator and the smoking area at the stairs, which was suffocating. Other than these, the linen are clean, a/c is cool, and room is well kept. Thank you.

The place is a basic hotel room, but it will do. On some days the receptionists do not speak english, and laugh and wave you away when you speak, so you need to have a translator with you.

The host response is quick, location for mtr or buses couple minutes away, near building many shops around. The only issue I had which others had reviewed in the past was sometimes cigarette smell when people smoked, sometimes elevator takes forever so I take stairs instead sometimes. Also main floor building there are many people standing around trying to sell you rooms or other stuff which can feel awkward but if you ignore them all is good. It’s not a 5 star hotel for 1000-1500hkd so I wouldn’t expect the same, for what the space has to offer at around 300-350hkd I think it’s a very good choice for single or couple or group travel on a budget.

The room is located at the iconic Chungking Mansion, which is literally right in front of Tsim Sha Tsui station so it’s really accessible!
