Amazing!!! 10 of us stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Ivana was super responsive beforehand and when we got there. Ante (Ivana's brother) checked us in and gave us the tour. The house is INCREDIBLE. So big. The photos don't do it justice. It's also spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you need. We also had drinks and snacks on arrival which was lovely. We used Ante's taxi service several times which was so convenient and really well priced. There are also local shops within walking distance which was super convenient. If I could give more stars I would - we were even talking of coming back next year! Thanks so much to Ivana and Ante 😊

Die Villa ist so wie auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr sauber. Ivana und ihre Familie sind sehr freundlich und reagierten sofort, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Küchen sind gut ausgestattet, für uns haben große Schneidebretter und scharfe Messer gefehlt, das war aber alles. Für große Gruppen ist diese Villa perfekt. Da sie in einem Wohngebiet mit Nachbarhäusern liegt, sollte man ab 23.00h etwas leiser sein auf der Terrasse. Wir können die Unterkunft mit der tollen Gastgeberin uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

WOW! The photos do not do this place justice - it is stunning and HUGE! We stayed in August 2023, 14 of us - 8 adults and 6 children. The kids loved the pool, the play area with trampoline and swing and the games room! Ivana and her brother Ante were so welcoming, easy to communicate with and were always happy to help with local recommendations. Ante has 2 minibus' so it was easy for us to book local trips like going into Split for the day even though we were a big group. The area is beautiful - the bikes were so useful to get around. There are supermarkets close by and lots of lovely restaurants too. Only 5 min walk to the beach, even with kids in tow! To arrive to such a clean and beautiful home with welcome drinks and a fully stocked minibar was just what we needed. They also let us check in early which was so useful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great host, great location, beautiful home.

I’m not sure what else you could ask for in a holiday Villa, a location and a family holiday! As a group of 12 with guests ranging from 18 months to 50+ this Villa and location has it all! The Villa is as described but better! What isn’t described are the stunning views and flexibility of the accommodation! Locally, there are bars and restaurants, within walking distance but also all the water sports and activities if you want to do them, plus at least one bar that has more of a nightclub vibe if that’s your thing! Uber operate easily within the area for cheaper and quick trips into Split or Trogir. Ivana and her brother were wonderful hosts and helped us book a restaurant for 12, prior to our arrival, and arranged for us to have a late check out on the day of departure ! This event was a one off for us, but if we do a large party again - this would be hard to beat !

Just returned from a long weekend with friends, the house was perfect for us, spotlessly clean, fantastic amenities and comfy beds. Only 10 mins from the airport meant that we’d landed in Split and were sat by the pool 3/4 of an hour later but despite the fact that we were close to the airport, the planes coming and going never felt intrusive. Although the area is quite residential there are some fantastic restaurants and a handy supermarket within walking distance. Ivana and Ante were both really helpful and made sure we got the most out of our stay. Thankyou!
