Hi It was our first traveling experience in Sri Lanka. Me and my husband loved Samantha's place.. He is a very responsive host.. he and his team is always there for whatever help you need. Very flexible with the check in/out.. He also arranged the transport from airport to the apartment in a very short notice for just $24.. We really enjoyed our stay there... And we'll definitely come again Highly recommended 🌸

Samantha never acted as host, he was family! He looked out for us all the time. We could reach out to him for anything at any time. We felt so extremely safe staying at his place because of his caring and responsive nature. Samantha always goes out his way to ensure we are always happy and satisfied. He helped us with loads of advice and info for restaurants & hotels and everything in between. He even negotiated and arranged a trusted driver for my daughter to go to office. His immediate attention to our needs is astounding. Finally, he hosted a lovely meal time with his family. That was the icing on the cake when we really bonded and connected as "forever friends". Being our first air bnb, this long stay at Samantha's place beats any 5-star hotels because of the truly warm and sincere hospitality he showered on us. Samantha is truly a wonderful person who goes beyond the call of duty for his guests. He understands and respects a foreigner guest. We are so very happy we met Samantha

Samanthas place is amazing. This was my second stay with him (which already says a lot), and the place has gotten some great upgrades as a smart home with a lazy chair. The place is clean, peaceful and full of amenities which includes everything that you would need for your stay. Its a very cozy and homey environment while also being modern. Anyone would feel right at home with everything this place offers. The location is also convenient to get around with some great food options, markets nearby and lots of nature. Samantha and his team makes sure that you are taken care of by being super accommodating and responsive. I would always happily recommend Samanthas place for anyone who is traveling to Colombo and Sri Lanka.

Mr Samantha place is one of the best places i stayed in srilanka perhaps i will rate in top 5 airbnb i stayed else where in all different countries. in many properties .Mr Samantha going out of his way and also showed me the area on day of check in and places to eat etc.All communication went smooth,place is very clean and using smart AI technology , and Mr Samantha concept is great, this is the 2nd such apartment i stayed in all my airbnb stays globally,Mr Samantha helped every way and very flexible and nice person,i will definitely come back again subject they are available.
