For an overnight stay, it was fine, but I don't know that I would have stayed there longer. Positives were that it was relatively easy to find, Mark was a responsive host, and breakfast foods (juice and cold cereal/milk) were thoughtfully provided. However, our stay was not without issues. There were hairs on the bed linens. Water from the bathroom (shower, we think) leaked through the bathroom walls into the kitchen/living room floor, which soaked my coat (sleeve was resting on the floor). After the stay, 3 out of 4 of us developed bug bites; not sure if they are from bed bugs or fleas or something else. We only discovered after our stay, so there wasn't much that could be done at that point, but Mark did acknowledge our concerns after-the-fact. Finding street parking is challenging.
