Joseph was super for easy checkin. I was super impressed with the equipped kitchen, healthy snacks, pour over coffee equipment, French press, And Coffee! Beans with a grinder and ground. Made our morning delightful. Everything was beautifully cared for and clean! Highly recommend.

We booked Joseph and Amy's place for one night for an overnight visit we had at Covenant College. Extremely convenient location for that as it was just at the base of the mountain. The kitchen was well stocked (french press, traditional coffee maker, coffee, breakfast bars, tea, etc.), bathroom was extra clean, TVs were great, and bed(s) were very comfortable. According to my daughter, the sofa bed was large and much more comfortable than a traditional sofa bed. The check in and check out times were very also very generous. Easy to get in the unit with a coded key pad. The owners were also very helpful with local recommendations. We'll definitely be booking this place again!

Traveling sounds enticing, but we got married young and had 5 kids, and so to date, have had too many things pulling us in too many directions. We bought a big run down Victorian house and fully renovated it when we were starting our family—big enough for our growing family and for an in-law apartment in case any of our parents got to the point where they needed to live close by. But that is still many years away, so we turned that apartment into an Airbnb! (College tuitions, baby! Yeah!) We like to give our guests space, and we operate on the assumption that they are here not to make friends with us but to explore Chattanooga or have special time together. Our check-in process is 100% self-service. Many of our guests—even though they are in close proximity to us—never meet us face to face. That being said, we aren't complete hermits, so we will be glad to meet and chat with any guests who feel like their Airbnb experience wouldn't be complete without meeting the hosts. :)
