Pekka was an amazing host and his place was perfect for family of 5 (three boys under 12). We were met warmly and personally when we arrived. The place was fully stocked and the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing. The boys also had lots of fun building snow forts and using the sleds and other snow toys at the house. Pekka was super responsive and helpful at all times and his house is a 5 min walk to markets and 10 min drive to airport, SantaPark, Santa Claus Village and many other attractions! Fully recommend it for families and small groups!

Pekka is a super host! His AirBNB is very well and fully equipped and clean. We experienced a true Finnish home during our stay. Everything you can find there counting from kitchen utensil to bathroom essentials. The sauna room is a plus as well. We like the fire area , very warming in the cold weather. Aside from his hospitality, he offered us transportation with reasonable price; not to mention being very helpful with handling our luggages and take care of us from airport to our destinations. Waiting for me to leave the toilet to say his farewell at the airport? This is why Pekka will be remembered. :)

Pekka and his families were great, very kind and thoughtful. They offered us a wonderful home in Rovaniemi. It was an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

We had a magical vacation at Pekka’s home. First off it has a wood burning fireplace which is probably the most beautiful thing to sit around your family with. Aside from that it also has an awesome sauna and hot tub as well! All of this in the center of a beautiful snow filled landscape which was the most magical! Pekka has a private taxi service who is always available 24/7 and took us everywhere which couldn’t be more convenient! Totally recommend this place to everyone!
