High standing flat in a new residence Chalet close (20m) to the ski lift and pistes. The flat has all commodities, 90m² distributed on 25m² terrasse with the view on Mountain and pistes. 3 nice bedrooms up to 8 persons. 2 bathrooms. Decoration in wood and stone style mountain. Reception in the residence with conciergerie. Private Ski place and bike. Free parking A flat chalet in a big chalet with ski lift and ski school at 20m of the residence. The residence and the flat is new, all fournitures are new and have been chosen in Montagne style with good quality, this is an exceptional location with high standing, classified 4****. Village of Champagny has all shops in few meters of the flat, a swimming pool with hot water and spa are also available in the village. Champagny is on ParadiSki La Plagne, huge ski domain, the ski lift at the bottom of the residence bring you at 2000m in 7 mins.

Appartement très confortable est tout proche des pistes. Laurent a été très réactif dès que l'on avait une question à lui poser. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir des ces vacances au ski.

Connaissant très bien Champagny, j’ai choisi cette résidence à quelques mètres des œufs pour accéder au domaine skiable et à 5 mns du centre. L’appartement est spacieux et agréable et bien équipé. la terrasse doit être agréable lorsque le temps est ensoleillé. L’existence d’une conciergerie est un plus. En bref c’était vraiment bien sauf le temps !
