Great location, beautiful house and really impressive views. Joerg's spot felt too good to be true. Also Beverly was so impressive, really helpful and communicative. Overall wonderful experience, highly recommended.

Ideal place for a family getaway walking distance from the beach. We would recommend it highly, and the host is also very responsive and kind.

There is a lot to like about this house, but unfortunately we had problems. The pictures show a lovely sea view from a first floor sitting area. However this is obscured by a large house being built immediately on the boundary! There was quite a lot of noise! The house is up for sale and lacks general maintenance - broken kitchen cupboard doors, blocked sinks, not very clean showers, gates difficult to lock, chipped paint, etc. Joerg gave us power pack lamps to deal with the power cuts, plus a gas bbq. Having read an earlier review re problems with the WiFi and pool, Well in advance of arrival I asked him to make sure these were sorted - they weren't! After some badgering he sent a dongle to enable wifi during the power cuts. We were more or less left to look after the pool ourselves. Not acceptable when with no instructions nor any experience. Joerg did not reply to messages or fulfil the promises he made.

We had a wonderful family holiday over New Year. The outdoor area and garden are perfect for a summer holiday with family and friends. The main bedroom is very spacious with a stunning bathroom. The open plan indoor area provides plenty room for everyone to spread out.
